OpenDax provides white-label cryptocurrency exchange infrastructure. I designed both the end-user trading interface and the admin panel, with the project reaching 582 forks on GitHub.
I contributed to the transition of the platform's UI/UX from a centralized framework to a decentralized model. I personally handled the desktop design, led the UI kit development, and coordinated with graphic designers on icons and other visual elements. I also supervised the mobile UI, overseeing the design of both mobile web and app interfaces.
White-label means the same product serves radically different clients: a retail exchange in Southeast Asia, a regulated fintech in Europe, an OTC desk. Each had different branding, compliance requirements, and users - but one codebase.
I built a token-based design system in Figma with theme variables covering color, typography, radius, and spacing. A single swap of 12 tokens could transform the product from dark crypto to clean fintech - without touching component logic.
"One system, infinite skins. The constraint forced better decisions than freedom would have."
The full FrontDEX UI Kit is publicly available on Figma Community - browse the component library, design tokens, and screen templates used across all exchange deployments.
